Footprints in The Sand

One night I dreamed -
I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to the Lord,
"You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one
set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
you have not been there for me?"
The Lord replied,
"The times when you have
seen only one set of footprints,
is when I carried you."

what the fuss ????

Communist or non-communist .... Mat Indera .....
Yeah a good topic for me to discuss .... a hero or villain. This has been an issue in Malaysia for this past two weeks .... yup its more to prejudice of political interest .... call me BN man or government dog ... whatever you like ... but the political era in Malaysia right now is in mess. Too many involvement of politic in ethnicity, races, religious issues that had been made by the the extremist people and it had been a political mess around us.
This issue was firstly raised by a person from PAS an Islamic Religious Party that openly support Mat Indera who was a communist that killed 29 cops during the Malayan Emergency ... He said that he was the real hero because he try to free the country from the colonial and accused the police as the barking dog for the colonial. Even the question raised by his party members had said ... you work for Japanese during Japanese occupation you are Japanese dog .... work for communist you are communist dog ... work for the British colonial ... you are ????
So sad even they accused Tunku and UMNO were working with British are not the real hero .... this person is stupid ... really ... he is stupid .... double stupid .... just for his political agenda he dare to say that ... what a stupid statement from a political leader ... even in some blogs they also hail this person Mat Sabu as real hero because he dare to talk about Mat Indera .... for me Mat Indera is a communist no doubt about it ... he also leads the brutal attacked of a police station at Bukit Kepong .... he was being a communist with out think rationally. His intention is good to freed our country but the path chose is wrong .... but what I don't understand is the political leader from PAS even hail him .... this is wrong ... some of the extremist followers also talk about that shit and say UMNO are plain stupid because of this issue.
Mat Indera is our history ... one of black history so that we will not repeat it again ... Mat Sabu is wrong .... double wrong ... he has his own intention .... his intention to win the Malay heart because he hail a Malay for being forgotten from the history and the Chinese heart because during that era most of the communist is Chinese and  yes he has political agenda about this matter. Hopefully trying not to be offensive this is what I say .... Mat Indera is a communist no doubt ... but the path is wrong ... but the intention is there .... and please UMNO is not involvede in this matter ... its all about Mat Sabu ....

Patriotism

Patriotism
The sacrifice that had been made by our heroes in order to gain independence, to fight the communists or to keep the country free from any rebel assault seems as forgotten deeds by the youngsters nowadays. The lost tale of Iban Trackers and Sarawak Rangers from our history books seems to be alive when Sarawak Government took the effort to bring back their remains (Sarawak, 2011).
These 21 fallen heroes will never be forgotten by the people and the government as their spirit of patriotism will never die. They died to protect the country independence and especially in World War 2 the Ibans were recruited to give special help to the Australian Army to track the Japanese deep in the jungle and as the result they surrender with the help of the local people (Saai, 2011) . Then these gallant men had been killed in action in the service of the British military during the Malayan Emergency (1948-1960), declared to fight communist guerrillas, in various states in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. Their sacrifice to the nation had been noticed by the British especially during Malaya was a threat of Communist Party, their fighting spirit and courage was acknowledged by the British (Sarawak, 2011). Their skill to track down armed terrorists deep in the jungle was their man weapon in fighting the insurgence (Najimy, 2011).
The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) fly the remains, in 21 jars that is sacred to the Ibans, directly to Kuching under an operation codenamed “Mai Pulai”, the Iban words meaning “bringing home”, and which involved also various government departments and agencies (Saai, 2011). The remains were exhumed from Alor Star, Kedah, (one), Batu Gajah, Perak (two), Kamunting, Perak (four), Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (four), Terendak, Melaka (eight) and Kranji, Singapore (two) (Najimy, 2011). Wrapped carefully with Malaysian flags the arrival of Charlie 130 the remains were welcomed by a number of senior army officers and several Sarawakian army and as they were carried out they get the last respect the final salute from the long line of military officers and personnel.
The bringing back of these fallen Rangers back to where they belongs really touched hundreds of Sarawakian and Malaysians as they really come home for their final rests (Najimy, 2011). This is one of the ways that had been shown by the Sarawak Government to show the last respect, honour and dignity to these fallen Rangers and Trackers is to bring back the remains to be reburial according to the traditional Iban customs (Sarawak, 2011). This sacrifice made by the fallen soldiers had been acknowledged by Sarawak Chief Minister, Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud during his speech for the fallen heroes as he mentioned the ultimate sacrifices in the service for the people and the nation.
Their spirit of true patriotism willing to die for our beloved country refers to the Iban Trackers and Sarawak Rangers as their good deeds during the Malayan Emergency in the 50s and fights the communist in the 60s (Saai, 2011). This kind of spirit one day will surely lose from the heart of youngsters in Malaysia if no appropriate actions taken by the government to keep this spirit. The true spirit of patriotism among youngsters in Malaysia is too low. This is due to their complacent for everything around them. The younger generations never knew the hardship that our forefathers had done in order to gain independence for our country. It is not just waving Jalur Gemilang during month of independence but it is more than that. The spirit of loving our country is the true patriotism as shown by these fallen soldiers.
Teenagers and younger generations should be taught about this sacrifice made by our forefathers in gaining our independence. It is not cheap and easy to gain but it is easy to lose it. We should keep this independence forever. In this case the 21 fallen Rangers are the best examples set to show the younger generation of true patriotism. As Malaysian we should keep the faith and hold this independence until forever.

tattoo ... how i wish

Tattoo ... an Iban legendary drawing at their body. Tribal tattoo mostly known to the outsiders. I really want to put some ink to my body ... really!! But not the tribal tattoo or the Iban tattoo. Although the famous Iban tattoo - the legendary bunga terung had been inked at one of Miami Ink tattoo artist.

Bunga terung tattoo

Miami Ink tattoo artist - note the bunga terung

For me tattoo is an art. Ink your body with pictures that will stay with you forever. but as a regular blood donor my self i really don't want to make tattoo. Because when you had inked your body ... certain sickness from the needle or the taboo of tattooing will come and then it will hard for me to donate blood.

Then my work as an educator also prevent me from doing it. Yes its not a harm to do it but then as a teacher you should show good prospect to your students. as for me working here also mean its all about ethics. Yes i can do it but don't show it. Don't open it for students to see. yeah maybe so but what the heck getting it without showing it.

My dream of tattoo has been since i saw my friend had inked his body. I really want to have religious tattoos at my body. Jesus face with his eyes looking at me at my right shoulder with 'i belong to JESUS' around it. Then a cross on my left shoulder. then on my right arm, the last supper, my right rib, Mother Mary stand with her hands praying holding a rosary with Hail Mary prayer under it.

my favourite Mother Mary statue

the Celtic Cross that i want at my shoulder

 face of Jesus watching me

the last supper

Why I choose all of them religious tattoos because of Him we are alive and let Him judge me, not others and to remind me of my religions, to respect others, to love others and yes to teach my students in Jesus name and also in Jesus ways to past His Gospels to the people.

Hopefully one day I can achieved this. I hope I can ink my body with this dream and imagination.

CHELSEA now and forever

As a CHELSEA fan ... these few weeks is so troublesome for Chelsea. Lost to Everton in FA Cup .. then to Liverpool ... and on the 5th place overall. This year it is not impossible for Chelsea to be without a trophy. Yeah the hope now is on Champions League ... hopefully they will win it. For me the coach had done a fantastic job ... now it all depends on the players... either they want to win the matches or not. Players really need to put up their games and become a winner and a Champion.

Talking about Chelsea star players ... bought Torres for me personally is a waste of time and money ... hope he will prove me wrong as i make this comment only based on two matches. But so far will Torres follow the footstep of the stars flopper ... Kezman, Mutu, Crespo, Shevchenko .... come with big names and destroy their career at Stamford Bridge.Well hope the injured prone ex Liverpool star will push up his games and become the legend in Stamford Bridge.

List of of flop stars

Kezman looks grief

Once a top heroes in Italy then a real flop star

miis the ball Sheva

this is why i took drugs ... i can't score
